This annual pilgrimage to Walsingham for the Sanctity of Life was set up by Fr Jeremy Davies (previously at Our Lady Help of Christians Church) about 39 years ago. Fr Jeremy passed away on 5th November 2022. Hence this year’s pilgrimage was even more poignant at a time when the sanctity of human life is under constant threat.

The Mass was presided over by the Most Rev. Kevin McDonald, Archbishop Emeritus of Southwark.

A packed coach from Luton and Dunstable joined pilgrims from all over the country at Walsingham – the “National Shrine of Our Lady for Catholics in England” for a packed, inspirational and uplifting day
