Every other month, Catholics from different parishes join together to pray for the sanctity of human life outside the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

Those present offer a practical alternative to women seeking an abortion and the possibility of a lifetime of mental health problems to the child’s parents, if they go ahead with an abortion.

These prayer vigils not only provide an opportunity to pray for the sanctity of life and for a change of culture to embrace the sanctity of life and also for the conversion of the staff facilitating abortions but also enable us to witness to our faith.
